Terms and Regulations Gift Card

User/Gift Giver: A natural or legal person who uses the website services and places orders and purchases gift cards. Gift Recipient: A natural person who receives the issued gift card and uses its credit to purchase goods or services. Positron Pay/Site: The gift card service provider system. Store/Merchant: Stores and terminals where the gift card credit is spent

1. Registration must be completed by providing complete, accurate and up-to-date identity information, and the information provided must match the site's identity inquiries.
2. Providing accurate identity information of the gift recipient (first and last name, and mobile phone number belonging to them) is mandatory for purchasing a gift card.
3. Maintaining account security (username, password) is the responsibility of the user, and any activity performed with that account is considered the user's activity.
4. After final order confirmation, cancellation or refund is not possible.

1. Gift cards are offered based on selected designs and amounts, and the card holder has the right to choose to use services or goods offered by merchants introduced on the site.
2. The responsibility for the accuracy of information entered in the order (amount, design, recipient name, etc.) is on the user.
3. In case of internet disruption, banking errors or other factors outside Positron Pay's control, the site is not responsible for delays or failure to purchase the card or spend it.
4. The site only issues gift cards for customers who have a user account with it, after usual and appropriate customer identification (within the framework of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations and other related regulations and using identity inquiries). The site, in accordance with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations, enters the user's identity information along with the details of each gift card issued to them in its systems in such a way that tracking all transactions of each issued card is easily possible.

1. Users' personal information is confidential and will not be provided to third parties without their explicit consent, except in accordance with the law and at the request of legal, supervisory and judicial authorities.
2. Use of data to improve service and enhance user experience without disclosing individual identities is possible.

All site content (text, image, logo, graphics) belongs to Positron Pay and any copying or publishing without written permission is prohibited.

1. Positron Pay is committed to providing service in the best possible way, but is not responsible for infrastructure disruption situations, sanctions or incorrect service operation by the user.
2. The user is obliged to use the site's services legally and ethically. Misuse of the service, manipulation of processes or unauthorized use may result in account suspension.
3. The user, gift recipient and merchant commit to using these services legally and comply with laws, regulations and conditions of legal institutions including the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and anti-money laundering laws.
4. Responsibility for any misuse of the gift card, depending on the violation that occurred, is on the user or gift recipient or store and is considered fraud, economic disruption, money laundering and breach of trust, and the site not only has no responsibility in this regard but the site's right to file complaints against all parties in competent authorities is reserved.
5. The store does not have the right to pay cash for the gift card credit to the user or gift recipient and must only proceed with the sale of goods and services by issuing an official invoice.
6. The possibility of returning goods purchased using gift card credit and receiving cash for the credit amount does not exist.
7. Use of gift cards for the following individuals is prohibited;
   • Persons who refuse to provide required information or documents;
   • Persons whose accounts in credit institutions and banks have been blocked by order of judicial authorities or who do not have the right to withdraw from the account for any other reason;
   • Iranian natural persons without a national number, Iranian legal persons without a national identifier and foreign persons (natural or legal) without a foreign person's comprehensive number;
   • Persons on the sanctions list of clause 20 of article 1 and the seizure list of clause 21 of the executive bylaw of article 14 annexed to the Anti-Money Laundering Law approved by the meeting dated 21/7/1398 of the Honorable Council of Ministers.
8. Gift cards do not have the ability to be recharged and are canceled after the balance is exhausted.
9. Gift cards are valid for a maximum of 12 months.
