1. Scope of Services

Positron Pay undertakes to provide the following services to the customer in accordance with this SLA:

• Registration, identity verification and credit assessment
• Granting loans and credit and wallet charging
• Ability to spend at partner stores
• Support related to financial and payment services

2. Service Level Commitments

3. Outage Notification

In the event of a widespread outage, Positron Pay undertakes to:

• Notify the public through official channels
• Explain the cause and approximate time for resolving the issue.

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

• Positron Pay is not responsible for the quality of goods, store services or their return policies.
• Installment purchase is loan-based and product return does not result in loan cancellation; the customer must pay their loan installments.
• Refund amount is only deposited into the customer's credit wallet and must be used to purchase another product.
• Cash withdrawal of the loan amount is not permitted under banking regulations.

5. Exclusions

This SLA does not include:

• Disruptions caused by banks or government systems
• Internet outage or communication infrastructure disruption
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Force majeure conditions such as war

Positron Pay provides the following services to the acceptor:

• Ability to accept payment through Positron Pay credit gateway
• Recording, confirmation and tracking of installment purchase transactions
• Settlement of credit purchase funds from the store
• Financial transaction support

3. Acceptor Commitments

The acceptor undertakes to:

• Apply their sales and return policies clearly and fairly
• Refrain from recording non-genuine or fake transactions
• Cooperate in the process of discrepancy review and collection of claims

4. Product Returns

• Product returns are subject to the acceptor's internal policies
• If return is approved:
  • Purchase amount is returned to the customer's credit wallet
  • The customer's loan is not cancelled and they must pay installments
• Positron Pay has no responsibility regarding the quality, price or after-sales service of the goods or services transacted.

5. Exclusions and Service Suspension

The following may result in delay or suspension of services:

• Disruptions to credit assessment, banking and other systems
• Internet outage or communication infrastructure disruption
• Information discrepancy or acceptor breach
• Force majeure conditions such as war
• Order of competent authorities
